What is the Reiki Experience?

Length: 90 mins
Prior: Please drink lots of water before and after.
This will be an experience that will change you the moment you walk out. In the very beginning we will take 30 mins to have a spiritual coaching session so we can focus on the intention and what brings you in. Then I will bring out the oracle deck and you will choose 4 cards. I will go over the meanings and allow you to ask questions. Feel free to record this on your phone or take a picture of the card spread in case you see sychronicites later pop up that week.
Then we will go into the reiki room utilizing the full 60 minutes for the reiki healing experience. All you have to do is lie down on your back and close your eyes and let the energy healing begin.
What is included during this reiki healing?
-Meditation and breathwork to calm the mind, clear the psyche and reset your intentions
-Balance energy centers (chakras, 3 diamonds) I will use reiki crystals

-Ocean drums will spark your personal growth and spiritual exploration into a calm zen lifestyle
-Reiki infused essential oils ( Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Lavender) Peppermint aids in clarity and awaken the inner child. Eucalyptus will promote transformation and spiritual protection. Lavender calms the mind from anxiety/depression and promotes better sleep habits.
-Obisidian crystals will stimulate your growth and open new horizons and clear out confusion and mental stress.
-Palo Santo purifying energy and cleansing .
-Shamanic Hand Drum promotes healing powers for spiritual, physical and emotional well being. Releases blockages, access deep healing and restores balance to your life.
Your reiki session experience will end with me drumming the Steele Tongue Drum to connect you back to source and manifest your blessings in a relaxed state.
After the Reiki session we will have some reiki tea/water. We will do a follow up spiritual coaching session text the next day.
